Job Description
Your tasks will be:
- Implement the overall sales and marketing plan for the hotel and actively monitor its progress in terms of achieving KPIs budgets and revenues
- Create and update action plans and financial objectives
- Identify business opportunities in Corporate MICE and Leisure segment by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry researching and analyzing sales options.
- Develop and agree Hotel sales plans
- Proactive in sales deal with key partners
- Supervising developing and motivating the work of the reservation and sales team
- Ensure and take care of the Marketing materials of the hotel
Qualifications :
Were looking for you if:
- You have previous experience in hotel sales director or manager (minimum of 3-5 years)
- Your English knowledge is excellent
- You have excellent negotiation organization and communication skills
- You have strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities strategic mindset
- You are highly responsible and reliable
- You are Guest - and quality-oriented thinking
- You know OPERA system is an advantage
- You are up to date with the latest online marketing trends and best practices
