We are seeking a creative organized and results-driven Marketing and Events Specialist to join our dynamic team in Buffalo NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and events that enhance brand awareness engage target audiences and drive business growth. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking project management and hands-on execution across both digital marketing and live/virtual events. The primary focus for marketing material development and execution will support the renewables offerings of Stark Tech.
What are we looking for
- Bachelors degree in business Marketing Communications or related field.
- Five (5) years of marketing experience preferred.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills required.
- Ability to multi-task work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
- Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment.
- Strategic - able to use both data and intuition to develop simple solutions to complex issues.
- Analytical and data driven; strong experience collecting and utilizing data to drive marketing initiatives.
- Familiar with software tools such as Salesforce Campaign Monitor and Asana.
- Experience with Adobe products (photoshop InDesign illustrator).
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently in addition to collaborating.
- Technically savvy.
