What will you be doing
This role will provide lots of opportunities to gain commercial awareness industry knowledge and technical skills.
Job Responsibilities
- The Market Analyst adds value to clients by analyzing market data and sharing insights into their key business issues that lead to maximization of growth opportunities.
- Performs continuous analysis of categories performance and clients market shares per category brand channel area retailer etc.
- Supports clients commercial & marketing teams through Ad Hoc analyses answering specific business questions.
- Creates market analysis reports & presentations for clients and key stakeholders (marketing teams sales teams senior management).
Requirements
- 1-2 years of professional experience in Market Analysis Statistics Category Development or Marketing roles
- University Degree preferably in Mathematics Statistics Operational Research Business Administration or Marketing
- Masters Degree or an MBA is desirable
- Fluent command of English
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analysis and synthesis experience
- Strong ability in understanding key business indicators and translating them into business strategy
- Advanced communication & interpersonal skills and capability to interact effectively across levels and functions
