Financial Analyst Role Join a Dynamic Finance Team
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Financial Analyst to join our finance team. As a Financial Analyst at HomePro you will play a key role in supporting strategic business decisions through diligent financial reporting insightful analysis budgeting and forecasting. Financial Analyst Responsibilities Financial Modeling Forecasting and Reporting
- Prepare analyze and present accurate financial reports to management
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes providing clear variance analysis
- Develop financial models to evaluate new business opportunities
- Conduct month-end and quarterly close activities in collaboration with accounting
- Identify and communicate key business drivers risks and opportunities
- Monitor performance trends providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Support audit and compliance activities as needed
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within finance and cross-functional teams
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the finance manager
Preferred Skills & Qualifications Finance Data Analysis and Communication
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a closely related field
- 1 year of relevant financial analysis experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
- Understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with ERP systems (a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and solutions-driven attitude
- Commitment to integrity discretion and confidentiality in all matters
