About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Improvement Facilitator to join our team on a temporary full-time basis for a period of up to 3 years. As part of Penrith City Councils Business Improvement team the Business Improvement Facilitator will be responsible for supporting the Business Improvement Manager in delivering business improvement projects and undertaking our service review program to improve processes and drive service efficiencies for our customers.
You will be joining a fun and results focused team who pride themselves on collaboration and teamwork to drive sustainable change across the organisation

About you
To be successful in this role you must have a can-do attitude a desire to build relationships and be proactive in your approach to work. Youll have a history of implementing continuous improvement solutions in Government organisations or large corporations through facilitating workshops collecting and interpreting data.

Commencing salary: $96174.00 per annum plus 11.5% Superannuation.
