Job Description
Description of the Role:
The Automotive Service Advisor at South Shore Kia will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by advising clients on vehicle maintenance and repair services.
Responsibilities:
- Assess customer needs and provide accurate estimates for services
- Coordinate service appointments and manage work orders
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive service advising
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes
