Description

Cherokee Casino Will Rogers Downs Claremore is seeking a Player Services Administrator to play a vital role in supporting the E-games department by overseeing the daily activities of Player Services Representatives (PSRs). This includes scheduling monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulations. The Administrator is responsible for providing excellent customer service resolving guest issues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.



Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of Player Services Representatives including scheduling and monitoring breaks.
  • Enforce company appearance standards attendance policies codes of conduct and operational procedures.
  • Act as verifier/approver for required jackpots and cancel credits.
  • Handle guest disputes and complaints professionally escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Conduct casino head counts at specified times throughout the shift.
  • Train new E-games personnel and monitor their progress.
  • Conduct performance evaluations coaching sessions and corrective actions for PSRs.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance employee and guest satisfaction.


Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED and 1-year casino operations experience or 3 years of other customer-facing supervisory experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a state-issued liquor license.
  • Successful completion of Alcohol Awareness training.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
