Job Description
Job Purpose:
To oversee the planning coordination and daily operations of the Multi-Modal Transport Hub at the airport ensuring seamless connectivity between various transport systems and delivering a safe efficient and customer-friendly experience for passengers staff and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Ensure smooth integration and operation of all modes of transport (metro rail bus taxi car rentals private vehicles app-based mobility services).
- Monitor passenger flow vehicle circulation signage and wayfinding systems to ensure optimal user experience.
- Supervise MMTH facility management including cleanliness safety and maintenance
Maintenance & Escalation:
- Identify and report faults breakdowns or irregularities in infrastructure (lighting signage HVAC elevators etc.) to engineering and maintenance teams.
- Track the resolution status of complaints/issues and follow up with relevant departments for timely closure.
Passenger Services & Customer Experience:
- Ensure cleanliness signage wayfinding and crowd management throughout MMTH and associated facilities.
- Implement passenger-friendly initiatives with a focus on accessibility (e.g. ramps tactile paths accessible restrooms).
- Respond to complaints queries and feedback via the airport helpdesk or digital platforms.
Safety Security & Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure that all MMTH zones meet safety security and fire regulation standards.
- Coordinate with security agencies emergency services and airport safety officers for drills and incident response.
