AES Middleware Integration (Associate)

Role Summary
The Associate role in Middleware Integration is responsible for supporting the design development and maintenance of integration solutions using SAP PI/PO Informatica SLT and BODS. The Associate will assist in building and monitoring interfaces across SAP and non-SAP systems under the guidance of senior team members. This role is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of integration tools who are eager to grow their technical expertise in enterprise data integration.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development of middleware interfaces using SAP PI/PO and Informatica.
Assist in ETL operations using BODS and SLT for real-time and batch data movement.
Monitor interface performance and raise alerts for anomalies or failures.
Document technical specifications test cases and support procedures.
Participate in unit testing and coordinate with QA for defect resolution.
Collaborate with application teams to understand integration requirements.
Support incident management and troubleshooting efforts.
Work under guidance of senior developers and managers to learn and grow.
Qualifications and Skills
13 years of experience in middleware or data integration roles.
Basic understanding of SAP PI/PO and Informatica.
Exposure to ETL tools such as SAP SLT and BODS.
Familiarity with XML IDoc and REST/SOAP-based services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and willingness to learn enterprise systems.
