The Talent Partner Volunteer Program will work full-time within a hybrid model which includes a mix of working from home the office and on site with our frontline teams to support as best we can. Flexible working arrangements will be supported and encouraged to ensure a healthy work life balance.

Join the St Vincents Care Services Volunteer Team which is part of our national St Vincents Talent team who together provide exceptional Volunteer support to our residential aged care homes across Victoria New South Wales and Queensland. You will play a key role in recruiting supporting and growing our team of volunteer visitors as part of the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme. Your role will be vital in connecting volunteers with older people at risk of social isolation.

Reporting to the Volunteer Lead you will provide and deliver an outstanding end-to-end recruitment service to ensure a seamless volunteer recruitment process resulting in a Volunteer and Resident match. You will be able to see your impact on the business and those who entrust us with their care while being part of a fun hardworking and super dedicated team.

  • A personal work ethic and a track record of recruitment related achievements that you are humbly proud of including having held end to end recruitment positions - mandatory
  • Proven experience working with Volunteers specifically in Volunteer recruitment and/or in a similar role preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills confident using all Microsoft programs (including Excel) Teams knowing your way around recruitment systems and the importance of why using standardised templates and communications is key to quality and consistent service
  • Aged care or healthcare recruitment experience will be highly regarded
  • Your demonstrated skills will include managing the end to end recruitment process behavioural interview techniques creating job ads and exploring appropriate advertising streams SEEK searching contingency recruitment planning and implementation application screening shortlisting scheduling of interviews hiring recommendation recruitment administration proactive pipeline/forecasting onboarding andmore
