Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily center operations ensuring seamless functionality of all facilities
Maintain infrastructure resources and an optimal learning environment
Manage and mentor center staff including front desk housekeeping and support teams
Handle student inquiries resolve concerns and enhance student experience
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and educational standards
Organize and execute educational events workshops and seminars
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase student enrollment
Conduct market research and implement effective marketing campaigns
Generate and convert leads through digital and traditional marketing channels
Conduct counseling sessions with prospective students and parents
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to achieve business targets
Skills & Qualifications
Operations Management: Ability to manage and optimize center operations
Business Development: Proven experience in driving sales and growth

Working Conditions
Full-time position 6 days a week)
Weekly off cannot be taken on Monday Saturday or Sunday
