Job Description
DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Analyze and interpret large datasets related to alternative investment volumes and trends. Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to identify patterns and predict future trends. Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Collaborate across Operations Structuring Sales Management Legal Risk and Compliance teams to provide data- driven insights and recommendations. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support investment decisions and strategy development. Stay up-to-date with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in data science and alternative investments. Automate data collection cleaning and analysis processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Psychology Business Analytics Data Science or a related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Trading Associate Financial Analyst or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Data science tools within finance industry using UIPath Alteryx Python Tableau and Xceptor; automating manual transaction processing pricing and reconciliation processes; presenting results of financial analysis to stakeholders and external partners; developing UAT plans and test cases; analyzing UAT test results to identify patterns and root causes of issues using Alteryx Designer and Jupyter; presenting newly developed tools and functions to stakeholders; Alternative Investment accounting and transactions including Alternative Investments Business products and transactions; data conversions and cleanup; systems testing; and system design and enhancement using data science tools including Signavio.

Full-Time. Salary: $128000 - $187000 per year.
