We are currently looking for a Restaurant RMP Coordinator (Receiving Maintenance Purchasing) to join our team. This is a part-time non-exempt position working around 25 hours per week Mon-Fri. Candidates need to be friendly hardworking flexible team players and able to communicate in English.


Rate: $28-$32 per hour based on experience

Requirements

The Ascend Restaurant RMP Coordinator (Receiving Maintenance Purchasing) plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations by managing key early morning tasks that support our high-volume happy hour and dinner services. The Restaurant RMP Coordinator will work five days a week ensuring consistent oversight of receiving non-F&B inventory management and maintenance coordination. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Consistent oversight of receiving non-F&B inventory management and maintenance coordination. Such as:


Receiving and inventory assistance

Par-level and direct ordering coordination

Preventative Maintenance scheduling

Vendor maintenance coordination

Invoice uploads into Ctuit and Ottimate ensuring accurate processing

Assist with the printing and distribution of daily menus

Maintain levels of Non-F&B supply

Provide administrative support as needed
