Now Hiring: Head Coach Swimming & Diving
Manchester University is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Coach for Mens and Womens Swimming & Diving to lead our NCAA Division III program. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned coach seeking a fresh challenge and a chance to shape a growing program in a supportive student-focused environment.
About the Role:
As Head Coach you will oversee all aspects of the swimming and diving program including coaching recruitment team development and program management. Youll work closely with university leadership to promote academic and athletic excellence mentor student-athletes and help build a culture of integrity and success.
What Youll Do:
Lead daily practices training and meet preparation.
Recruit and retain student-athletes who thrive academically and athletically.
Manage program budgets travel and equipment.
Supervise assistant coaches and collaborate across departments.
Ensure compliance with NCAA HCAC and university guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or 5 years of coaching experience preferred.
Experience with NCAA Division III athletics strongly preferred.
CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
