Job Description
Job Position: Account Assistant

This role offers the opportunity to assist account managers with processing and back-office work alongside handling incoming calls. Responsibilities:
- Processing certificates and endorsements
- Making policy changes
- Sending insured ID cards
- Performing data entry into the agency management system
- Updating billing and invoicing
- Assisting Producers and Account Managers with administrative work
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed in Property Casualty Life & Health in Oregon
- Stable employment history
- Close proximity to Carlton office with the ability to report to the office
- Ability to learn master and perform duties with minimal supervision
