Position Overview:
Were looking for a talented Revit Drafter with 2 years of experience to join our growing design and production team. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Revit detail-oriented and passionate about modular construction. Youll help translate ideas into detailed 3D models and shop drawings that drive real-world builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed Revit models and technical drawings for modular commercial structures
- Collaborate closely with project managers designers engineers and fabrication teams
- Interpret and update design documents based on change orders client feedback and project developments
- Create and maintain construction documentation and shop drawings
- Manage and organize project files and drawing revisions throughout the design lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and project specifications
Requirements:
- 2 years of professional drafting experience using Revit
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of construction methods and materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Familiarity with local building codes (preferred but not required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
