Job Description
Qualifications:
- Education: Associates degree in Architectural Drafting Architecture or related field. A Bachelors degree is a plus.
- Experience: At least 1-4 years of experience in architectural drafting with a focus on Residential and Multi Family.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD). Experience with 3D modeling sketch up photoshop and rendering is a plus.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of local building codes ADA requirements and zoning laws.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to create accurate and thorough technical drawings while adhering to established standards.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams clients and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges related to site constraints construction methods and building systems.
- Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
