Job Description
What Youll Do:
Supervise daily maintenance operations across all facilities
Manage HVAC electrical plumbing carpentry and mechanical systems
Lead a team of skilled trades staff and coordinate with contractors
Plan and track deferred maintenance and energy efficiency projects
Support campus master planning construction oversight and inspections
Ensure compliance with EPA OSHA and IDEM standards
What You Bring:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in building systems or trades
5 years in facilities maintenance including leadership experience
Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage projects under time and budget constraints
Familiarity with HVAC and electrical systems a plus
