Job Description
Position: Warehouse Supervisor / Assistant Manager
Location: Cambodia
Salary Range: $900-$1500 per month
Company Overview:
We are working with a well-established company in the rice manufacturing and distribution industry with operations across Southeast Asia. They are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Assistant Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills hands-on experience in warehouse and inventory management and the ability to drive continuous improvement in processes and performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise warehouse operations including receiving storage inventory control and dispatch

Ensure adherence to company standards for quality safety and compliance

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams

Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently

Maintain accurate records using ERP systems

Support implementation of process improvements and cost control initiatives

Lead and train warehouse staff to meet performance goals
Requirements:

Minimum 8 years experience in a warehouse supervisory or assistant management role

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle or similar)

Excellent organizational and communication skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
