Who you are:

We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a Marketing Support Intern who will be involved in active participation in the regions marketing and business growth activities including events content creation digital marketing and public relations. Working closely with the marketing team the individual will play a key role in supporting existing initiatives ensuring their successful execution and contributing to the overall success of the you love technology and are keen to join an industry leader we would love to hear from you!

What youll do:

As a Marketing Support Intern your key area of responsibility will be content review and brief development. Assisting with general event tasks as required including managing data for leads captured. Auditing database for accuracy and liaising with internal teams to ensure data is kept accurate. Assisting with internal processes to raise brand and creative requests and approvals. Exploring new ways to improve existing processes such as document control and internal communications. Coordinating and amplifying internal announcements while assisting with scheduling and editing content. You will also be responsible for the contribution and maintenance of the departmental WIKI.

The opportunity:

8 - 12 month work-term beginning 2025.
Full-time paid internship: Monday - Friday37.5hrs/week.

How youll make an impact:

Marketing Journalism Media Communications Business or other relevant degree.
Strong business writing skills and communication skills.
Proven ability to analyse different data sets and develop insights from this data.

What youll bring to the role:

Bachelors in related field.
Equivalent combinations of education and/or work experience in related field may be substituted.
Knowledge of digital marketing.
Proficient in English and French.

When working from home you are required to have a reliable internet connection with at least 50mb DL/10mb UL.
