Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join Holiday Inn Boston - Cambridge Area inSomerville MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the hotel through proactive sales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals and targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities
- Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Hotel sales or similar preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales databases
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
