Now Hiring: Aerospace Instructor
Location: Renton Everett Seattle Auburn and Frederickson WA
Schedule: 32 hours/week Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: Up to $32.00/hr.
Dress Code: Business Casual
About the Role
Are you a technically skilled professional with a passion for teaching Were seeking Aerospace Instructors to deliver hands-on training in key aerospace disciplines. This is a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of aerospace talent while working with a leading aerospace client.
Instructor Specializations Needed
1. Electrical Instructor
- Aircraft electrical installations and assembly
- Functional test troubleshooting
- Crimping soldering and basic mechanical skills
2. Mechanical Skills Instructor
- Aircraft assembly heavy structure drilling and maintenance
- Bonding grounding and electrical installations
- Blueprint reading and functional test procedures
- Aircraft systems operations and troubleshooting
3. Sealant Application Instructor
- Aircraft sealant application techniques
- Surface preparation and sealant handling
4. Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Instructor
- Confined space LOTTO DOT and fall protection training
What You Bring
- Strong technical background in aerospace or related field
- Ability to instruct and engage learners in hands-on technical courses
- Comfortable standing and teaching for extended periods
- Flexibility to travel between training locations in WA
