Renewal conversion specialist for VMware

To compliment this dynamicteamwe are currently looking for a Renewal conversion specialist for VMware in our Bucharest Romania Office.

Job Description:

  • Ensuring accurate tracking of licenses renewals and client agreements to avoid discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g. Salesforce) and understanding sales metrics renewal timelines and tracking processes.
  • Engaging with customers to ensure that they renew their VMware licenses maintenance agreements or subscriptions. They may help in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or upgrades.
  • Assisting customers in converting their VMware licenses or product offerings for example helping switch from perpetual licenses to subscription-based licensing or transitioning from older versions to newer editions of VMware products
  • Coordinating with VMware sales support teams and other departments to ensure smooth and timely renewals and conversions.
  • Tracking and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions renewals conversions and contracts to ensure proper management of client accounts.
  • Remote and on-site Ingram Micro partner support

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales IT services customer support or software licensing is common. Experience with renewals or conversions in a software or cloud environment (especially virtualization) is highly valued
  • Ability to handle customer questions or concerns about licensing and renewal issues and provide clear effective solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients explaining product offerings and handling negotiations.
  • Ability to tailor solutions for different customer needs based on their business environments.
  • University diploma with Business Administration Computer Science Information Technology Background will be an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
