We are looking for a Game Monetization Manager to join us.
The ideal candidate is hungry for a win smiles when facing a challenge and is always ready for another round.
Your quest will be to:
- Monitor and continuously improve key metrics
- Generate prioritize and test hypotheses about what and why players pay for
- Plan and organize the event calendar including sales and A/B tests
- Prepare balances and adjust them in the system
- Generate fresh ideas for offers and campaigns to keep monetization engaging
- Maintain monitor and conclude A/B tests
- Collaborate with analytics game design development QA UX/UI 2D and other teams
- Optimize the offer management system
- Be up to speed on industry trends and find ways to harness them
To start playing you will need:
- Experience in F2P online / mobile gamingin positions such as Monetization Manager LiveOps Manager Game Designer Analyst or related
- Strong understanding of monetization metrics
- Talent for identifying user motivations wants and needs
- Proficiency with Google Sheets
- Proven experience in conducting A/B tests
- A proactive approach to work a high sense of responsibility and good teamwork skills

Building community and having a place to connect with each other is very important for us. We like not only to work together but to have time to get to know each other to celebrate and have fun. We also value peoples choice to work from anywhere thats why we have a very flexible hybrid model.
Our policy is 4 days straight per month at the office and we decide however were gonna go.
If you dont live in Italy we have two options: if you would like to relocate our company offers a relocation package to help you move to Milan; if you want to stay where you are we offer a benefit to help you with travel expenses and flexible working hours around your journey time.
