As a member of our Application Evolution Services (AES) team we are looking for candidates who thrive working in a high-paced work environment capable of working on a mix of critical Application Evolution Service offerings and engagement including help desk support enhancement and optimization work as well as strategic roadmap and advisory level work. It will also be key to lend experience and effort in helping win and support customer engagements from not only a technical perspective but also a relationship perspective. As an Associate youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: Collaborate effectively with others. Strong Knowledge in: Adherence to SLAs experience in incident management change management and problem management Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice Be flexible to work in 2nd shift (2 pm IST to 11 pm IST) Excellent communication analytical and Interpersonal skills as a Consultant. 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in AP TPM functional configurations Strong Knowledge in Trade promotion end to end cycle Trade fund management Trade Claims management Familiarity on the basic business processes with the following Functional Areas: 1. SAP TPM BW integration 2. SAP TPM S4 integration Preferred Skills: Knowledge of CRM middleware Knowledge of S4 Condition contract integration with TPM Knowledge on SAP TPM- BW master query configurations Having Implementation experience is added advantage
