About the role

We are looking for an ambitious and goal-oriented Office Manager (m/f/d/) who will take the lead on our entity in Bochum (on-site).

Key Responsibilities

As Office Manager (m/f/d/) youll be responsible for

  • Oversee the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards.
  • Manage office supplies and order new stationery furniture appliances and electronics as required.
  • Organize maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order.
  • Answer telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and direct them to relevant staff.
  • Create and manage office budgets ensuring all employees adhere to it including price lists for products and services.
  • Interview and train new office employees and organize their employment paperwork.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical training sessions for customers and staff.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials including brochures newsletters and social media content.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups including monthly sales reports.

Requirements:

We are looking for people who are multitasking along with strong organizational/multitasking abilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If this is you get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Proven experience as Office Manager Administrative Assistant or within similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Proficiency in data analysis.

Although not necessary it would be nice if you have:

  • Familiarity with enterprise software and marketing tools is a plus.
