Whats the role
This role leads the Level 3 Observability team in designing building and running the Observability practice. It drives the shift from reactive to predictive technology management using advanced tools and data. As part of Network Secure Services the team covers L3 support tools ML Ops onboarding L2 support product management and analytics. Key responsibilities include leading service delivery driving adoption of observability tools (Splunk App-D Elastic OTEL) enabling AI-Ops optimizing data use and improving customer experience. The role ensures KPI achievement and high satisfaction across enterprise technology domains.
What do I need
Essential
- 5 years technical expertise with Splunk App-D and Elastic OTEL
- 3 to 5 years leading technical teams
Desirable
- Service Delivery Management
- AI-Ops
- Project Management
- Commercial Acumen
