Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Operations Leader to join our team. This role combines operational responsibilities with business development efforts ensuring smooth logistics while driving growth through marketing and client acquisition.

Responsibilities:
- Enforce company and DOT safety procedures
- Ensure proper maintenance of facility and storage units
- Operate the Go Minis truck to deliver and pick up portable storage units while delivering exceptional customer service
- Ensure trucks and forklifts are operable and are being maintained properly and following company procedures
- Prepare evaluate and balance delivery schedules
- Manage facility inventory and assets
- Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency safety and goal achievement
- Assist with marketing initiatives and consistently build relationships with accounts and customers
Requirements
- Proficient software skills
- Strong communication skills
- Valid drivers license in good standing
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle last minute dealings to schedule
- Flexible work schedule to accommodate our customers as needed
- Proficiency in English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
