Job Description

The main responsibilities in this position are:
- Invoicing & Documentation Management;
- Special Invoices Processing in SAP;
- Claims and credit notes handling;
- Uninvoiced Load Monitoring: Regularly check and follow up on uninvoiced loads to maintain accuracy.
- Export Documentation Handling: Timely processing of export-related documents (such as Bills of Lading Invoices Letters of Credit Certificates of Origin Export Collection T1 EAD and booking requests etc.) ensuring compliance with EU directives tax and customs regulations customer requirements and internal SE rules.
- Other Documentation: long-term supplier declarations etc.
- Invoicing-Related Activities: Perform invoicing tasks such as Warehousing Free Credit Odd Units and others as required.
- Team Support: Provide coverage for team members during their absence (e.g. holidays or other time off).
An ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- University degree or relevant work experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in the area of Supply Chain/Customer Service/Order fulfilment
- Good communication skills in both verbal and written English (min. B2)
- Knowledge of SAP PBI Celonis SalesForce would be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Order fulfilment process
- Understanding of Terms of Payment and Terms of delivery would be an advantage
- Experience of creating PowerApps would be an advantage
