The Account Manager will work alongsidethe Regional Account Director and will be responsible for working closely with our clients suppliers and internal contacts delivering services professionally to specifications and on time in line with SLAs.
The perfect candidate will have either agency experience and production management experience with a proven track record for delivering client solutions and nurturing relationships. As the Account Manager youwill work closely with clients suppliers and internal contacts to deliver services to our customers professionally to specification and on time. The Account Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service through excellent customer service and product delivery. The Account Manager will develop and maintain a strong relationship with key client stakeholders at all levels and you will propose and deliver all company solutions.
This is a fast-paced role dealing with a variety of marketing and commercial print and POS projects. You will be required to build and develop relationships with key stakeholders whilst primarily delivering excellent customer service.
The Account Manager is required to remain in contact with suppliers and clients and is responsible for taking ownership of the relationship and developing it further. The Account Manager is required to negotiate costings and timescales for each job and selecting the most appropriate supplier.
