JOB TITLE:Instructional Technology Coordinator Assistant

EMPLOYMENT STATUS:12 month
POSITION SUMMARY:
The 1:1 Instructional Technology Coordinator assistant will work as a catalyst to provide input in the development of a district-wide program that enables teachers and students to use electronic devices as learning tools. This position provides leadership staff development and classroom instruction with electronic devices. They will plan and implement distribution management repairs and collection of the devices as well as keep up with device inventory and insurance accounts. In addition the 1:1 Instructional Technology Coordinator assistant will help teach the Chrome Depot classes assist in repairing devices and manage all accounts associated with the class. This skilled professional will work with the SPS Curriculum Department developing and implementing strategies to positively encourage staff reflection on pedagogy digital citizenship and the integration of digital teaching and learning. The 1:1 Instructional Technology Coordinator assistant will promote academic technologies that are effective sustainable and consistent with Sapulpa Public Schools culture and will lend to the success of all the Districts digital curriculum endeavors with highest professionalism.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education:. High School Diploma Computer/Technology certificatepreferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of successful verifiable/related technology experience. Work experience in technology related and/or public school setting required. Must be highly motivated and have a positive attitude.
Skills: Proficient in use of educational technology and computer applications; excellent written and oral communication ability; Must possess valid Oklahoma Drivers license and a personal vehicle.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to apply intermediate mathematical concepts.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written and oral instructions. Ability to define problems collect data establishes facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to read analyze journals technical repair manuals.
OTHER SKILLS/EXPECTATIONS: Develops cooperative and functional relationships with district staff and the public; maintains consistent and punctual attendance; insures job responsibilities are met competently and within established deadlines.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to sit stand
walk climb stairs and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs. Technical skills to repair equipment is required and may require training.
