Job Description

Amazons North America Seller Business and Programs (NASBP) orgs vision is to make Amazon the most-loved and easiest destination for all sellers to run their business online allowing them to reach customers with great products at competitive prices. We accomplish this by recruiting new sellers for our store supporting sellers in driving the core inputs (full selection competitive pricing consistently in-stock at fast delivery speeds) and building their brands and advocating both internally and externally on their behalf to remove roadblocks and enhance the overall selling experience.

Were seeking an exceptional strategic leader who loves to be a builder and an operator - to drive business transformation and operational excellence for Amazons NASBP organization. We are seeking a Sr. Manager Product Management - Technology to lead our internal data product strategy development and execution. This role combines strategic big thinking with operational execution managing key stakeholders and communicating to executive leadership. It serves as a key leader to build and operate the data architecture tools and overall data experience needed for the full NASBP organization making this role critical in the success of the organization. To achieve this you will lead and develop a cross-functional team of Product Managers Tech Product Managers Program Managers BIEs BAs and DEs. You will work closely with the leaders and teams across the entire NASBP organization setting the 3- year vision and executing the plan for the Data Experience that is needed to manage the entire NA 3P business.

A successful candidate will be able to articulate and drive a strategic vision work cross-functionally across key stakeholders and manage a team. They will have a consistent track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. This leader must have strong written and verbal communications skills the ability to manage and influence others and strong cross-functional leadership.


Key job responsibilities
Create a 3-year vision for the full org data experience working backward from our customers
Working backward from the 3-year vision your team will need to design and create the infrastructure layer data layer application layer and presentation layer (e.g. the UI that stakeholders will use to access the data)
Work across product teams (e.g. FBA WW promotions Infrastructure and Financial Services Seller Partner Growth etc) within the Consumer organization to build the data architecture and the customer/stakeholder facing data tools
Lead a cross-functional team of Product Managers Tech Product Managers Program Managers BIEs BAs and DEs
Propose and implement business metrics for senior management reviews


- 6 years of team management experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
