The Finance & Global Business Services (FGBS) PXT Team is looking for a talented and strategic HRBP to drive the HR Strategy in support of Amazons fast-growing Stores Finance businesses. Key job responsibilities In this position you will partner with the various senior executives (VPs and Directors) along with their respective leadership teams to develop and execute the HR strategies and planning activities that foster organizational and people effectiveness. This role is both a strategic and hands on role including improving organizational effectiveness leading change management providing leadership coaching and driving HR functional excellence. We are seeking an experienced HRBP who can effectively interact with the senior leadership team possesses excellent communication skills strong business acumen and works effectively across multiple key stakeholders.
A day in the life We are looking for an experienced HR professional with the ability to diagnose problems as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions. The HRBP in this role is also expected to leverage data to set HR priorities and establish mechanisms to drive change. Strong data acumen analytical and strategic thinking excellent communication coaching and project management skills will be required to be successful in this role. We work in a dynamic environment and move fast! The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and thrives where there are opportunities to drive improvement and changes.
Bachelors degree 10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role preferably in Finance Retail or Tech environment
Experience driving organizational change initiatives and developing talent management plans for a global organization. Strong business and HR acumen Learning agility and growth mindset Ability to relate to influence and coach employees at all levels in the organization Proven ability to diagnose problems as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions Strong Project/Program Management Skills Experience working in a corporate environment Ability to work well across different functions and global locations Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to help leaders navigate a variety of organizational changes Excellent judgment and effective communication written verbal and listening Commitment to continuous process improvement in people strategies and initiatives Ability to work independently as well as part of a business and HR team
