My name is Ashwani Pandita Head of Data Engineering and B2B for AI & Analytics at Telia Sweden IT looking for a talented and driven Delivery Lead with strong experience in delivering complex data and AI initiatives. Youll be joining a high-performing and collaborative team of experts including Solution Architects Business and Data Architects Data Engineers Data Analysts and AI Engineers. Together this team is shaping the future of data-driven decision-making at Telia and were looking for someone whos ready to lead from the front.

As a Delivery Lead

You will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of AI and data products across agile teams. You will lead planning and execution ceremonies like PI Planning sprint planning reviews and retrospectives ensuring alignment with business goals and removing delivery roadblocks. With a strong focus on continuous improvement youll coach teams foster collaboration and promote modern engineering practices such as DevOps CI/CD and test automation. Partnering closely with stakeholders youll help evolve our delivery ways of working track agile performance and build a culture of high performance transparency and innovation.

Who Were Looking For

Were looking for a AI & Analytics Delivery Lead for B2B SE IT team to drive strategic initiatives and foster high-performing teams focused on Analytics and Generative AI solutions for our B2B clients. Youll combine a deep understanding of modern data and Generative AI technologies with exceptional delivery leadership. This role is for a natural leader and a strategic communicator passionate about empowering teams to deliver significant business value through innovative AI applications.

Youll need 7 years of experience in delivery or program management with a strong focus on modern methodologies. A deep understanding of DevOps practices and the CI/CD lifecycle is essential for deploying and maintaining Analytics and AI models You have worked with frameworks like Scrum Kanban and SAFe.

As a coach and facilitator you will be key to managing conflict fostering collaboration and ensuring team health and stakeholder alignment particularly with B2B partners and internal product teams.

We are looking for someone who understands modern engineering practices and uses a metrics-based approach to measure success. You have a proven track record of delivering value in AI and Analytics data warehousing or data lake projects. Experience with technologies such as Google AI AWS Redshift DBT and Airflow is a strong advantage.
