Job Summary
Were looking for an IT Technical Specialist to join us at Telia.
Im Magnus Svaneby Head of our onsite team and Im searching for someone ready to grow with us. Were a supportive forward-thinking team focused on employee experience sustainability and ensuring our colleagues can work with as little technical disruption as possible.
What youll do:
Resolve technical issues handle asset management perform simple repairs and collaborate with other technical teams to ensure that our internal staff can do their jobs unhindered. Specifically:
Manage the lifecycle of computers - e.g. computer orders resolving both software and hardware issues and the end of life stage in a sustainable way
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and other technical teams to resolve understand and highlight issues
Contribute to more effective processes better knowledge articles and usage of our tools
Ensure that our users and stakeholders understands how IT Support in Telia works and doesnt consider IT a blocker
What will help you thrive in this role:
Proven experience in IT Support preferably using ITIL practices
Strong knowledge of IT hardware and software like Windows O365 MacOS and preferably ServiceNOW
Ability to stay cool under pressure and deal with users from all parts of the organization
Fluency in Swedish as well as English
Able to self-lead be on time and work in a structured manner
