Job Description

The Senior Manager Commercial Insights will support the development and execution of market research projects for neurology and involves project planning research execution insights sharing and vendor and stakeholder management The ideal candidate will work closely with the market research team indication teams and external partners to generate actionable insights that help guide the organizations strategy. Roles and Responsibilities:

Market Research Execution

  • Lead the design implementation and execution of qualitative and quantitative market research studies
  • Develop research tools for data collection including screeners surveys and discussion guides
  • Collect organize and analyze market data to identify trends customer needs and competitive dynamics for relevant indications

Reporting and Presentation

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing key research insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with MR Team to deliver insights to cross-functional internal stakeholders and senior leadership teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (competitive intelligence marketing medical analytics field team members) to align market research findings with business strategies and objectives

Project Management

  • Manage project budgets timelines progress and ensuring that deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Maintain a structured filing system for project documents ensuring clarity and accessible to team members

Organizational Excellence

  • Contribute to an innovative culture that strives for out-of-the-box thinking and creative approaches to commercial insights utilizing primary and secondary tools
  • Seek opportunities to co-create with internal and external stakeholders in efforts to achieve insights excellence

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify key insights from data
  • Adaptive and motivated to execute efficiently
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Education Experience and Qualifications:

  • BA or BS Advanced Degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in market research within the pharmaceutical biotechnology healthcare or related industries
  • Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Familiarity with leading pharma industry commercial vendors and data sources
