PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
To maintain and prepare the laboratories for the teaching and research needs of the professional Pharm.D. program and graduate programs as determined in conjunction with the Chair of Pharmaceutical and Administrative Sciences. Responsibilities will include the compounding/pharmaceutics laboratory analytical dispensing sterile products professional pharmacy practice pharmaceutical engineering and research laboratories. To ensure students and faculty are up to date with required safety training and work with the safety committee to ensure laboratories are in compliance with regulations. To maintain laboratory supplies and order as needed for the laboratory courses thesis research projects and assist with ordering for faculty research projects. To assist with the implementation of laboratory courses including delivery grading proctoring and posting of material where appropriate Areas of expertise may include but are not limited to Pharmaceutical Sciences regulatory affairs laboratory safety biology chemistry or related areas.
