What Youll Do
- Support Customers
Help customers via phone chat and email with fast and friendly service. - Keep Records
Log all conversations solutions and follow-ups in our CRM system. - Troubleshoot Issues
Use your knowledge of digital wallet products to solve problems and answer questions quickly and clearly.
What Were Looking For
- Customer Service Experience - Youve worked for at least 1 year in retail hospitality or customer service (preferred).
- Industry Experience - Experience in fintech online companies or payment platforms is a big plus.
- Detail-Oriented - Youre organized focused and always catch the small things that matter.
- Tech-Savvy - Comfortable using the internet and PC-based software applications.
