About the role
As an Operations Associate youll play a key role in making sure our deliveries are not just fast but smooth efficient and of top quality. Youll be the go-to person for optimizing routes coordinating with courier partners and ensuring our regional hubs deliver on their promises.
Some of the things youll do
Create optimized delivery routes to boost operational efficiency and maintain top service quality
Coordinate closely with courier partners to secure high-quality performance and solid results
Engage in regular discussions with hub managers in your region to ensure smooth collaboration
Monitor and ensure the consistent delivery of promised capacities across operations
Your future team
Youll be joining our dynamic and fast-moving operations team responsible for making sure parcels get from A to B with precision. The team is a mix of logistics experts and coordinators who love problem-solving data-driven decisions and making sure everything runs like clockwork. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
A data-driven mindset with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with partners and internal teams
Proactive and solution-oriented approach
A degree within a relevant field
The cherry on top
Experience working with route optimization tools or logistics software
Previous experience in last-mile delivery or e-commerce operations
Knowledge of performance tracking and improvement methods
