The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS)
JOB TITLE: .NET Migration Developer
LOCATION: Austin TX (hybrid onsite candidate must reside within 75 miles of Austin)
GC/USC/GC-EAD/H4
Need 3 references & government experience
JOB DESCRIPTION/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The Worker will be expected to lead the transition of the TXMAP codebase which is currently built on the .NET Xamarin platform to .NET MAUI enabling the Departments TXMAP iOS and Android mobile apps to continue functioning.
Migrate the TXMAP mobile application from the discontinued Microsoft Xamarin platform to the new Microsoft .Net Multi-platform App UI (MAUI) framework.
Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity.
