Job Description
Role: Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master
Duration: 6 months
Location: Atlanta GA 30334 Hybrid
Local candidates only
Must have PMP or CSM certified
CORE COMPETENCIES:
Strong background managing information technology projects
Knowledge of process development and efficiency
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize and complete complex tasks or small projects
Strong ability to articulate technical ideas in simple understandable language
Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities
Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong analytical thinking
Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with other team members
Minimum Qualifications (Education/Experience):
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
8 years managing Information Technology (IT) projects and programs
5 years Scrum Master experience leading and coaching Agile teams
3 years experience administering Jira and Confluence
Proven experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent certification. Advanced certifications are highly preferred
