Overview:

We are seeking a Contracts Manager to become part of our expanding team contributing to projects ranging from 500K to 10M. Our focus spans the Education NHS Commercial and Leisure sectors operating under various Framework Agreements for both public and private clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery by site managers and operatives.
Ensure adherence to company commercial policies and procedures by the site team.
Lead tender handover and pre-start meetings with the site team.
Generate and evaluate progress reports cost updates and forecasts.
Facilitate and document internal and external meetings ensuring accurate records of discussions and actions.
Conduct weekly reviews of progress budget resources and future planning.
Maintain high standards of Health & Safety at all times.
Organise and motivate employed labour to maximise productivity.
Collaborate with architects surveyors and clients.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in managing education commercial and refurbishment projects valued between 500K and 5M.
Proficiency in handling both Traditional and Design & Build Contracts.
Background in working with a principal contractor.
Familiarity with Pre-Qualification and Tendering Processes for multi-discipline projects.
Strong understanding of contract conditions regulations risk management and cost control including forecasting and value reporting.
Possession of CSCS Management Card SMSTS First Aid and Temporary Works certifications.
Exceptional people management skills with the ability to influence and mentor effectively.
