Job Description
Role: UI/UX Designer

Location: Noida Uttar Pradesh
Job Type: Full-time
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer with 1 years of experience in designing web and mobile applications. As part of our team you will collaborate with developers product managers and stakeholders to create user-friendly and visually appealing designs wireframes and prototypes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype intuitive and user-centric UI/UX for web and mobile applications using Figma.
- Create maintain and enhance design systems components and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
- Conduct user research usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Optimize designs for different screen sizes and devices using responsive design techniques.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends tools and best practices.
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile app designs.
- Proficiency in Figma including Auto Layout Variants and Prototyping features.
- Solid understanding of user experience principles interaction design and usability best practices.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think critically problem-solve and adapt to new challenges.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other design tools like Adobe XD Sketch or InVision.
- Familiarity with user research techniques wireframing and usability testing.
- Knowledge of design systems and their implementation in a scalable way.
