About the Role:
Were seeking a seasoned HR Consultant to join our dynamic People Advisory Services (PAS) team. As a Senior leader and an experienced HR Consultant you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives for our clients. You will leverage your deep technical expertise to provide innovative solutions optimize HR processes and enhance organizational performance. As a leader in our ecosystem you will be instrumental in building our PAS team by grooming our team members and making us future ready.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent/People/HR Advisory:
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with C-suite executives to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Organizational Transformation: Lead large-scale HR transformations including digital HR organizational redesign and talent management strategies.
Talent Management: Drive talent acquisition development and retention strategies to build high-performing teams.
Change Management: Effectively manage organizational change minimizing resistance and maximizing adoption of new initiatives.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to identify trends make informed decisions and optimize HR processes.
Innovative Solutions: Develop and implement innovative HR solutions to address complex business challenges.
Leading the People Advisory Services Practice:
Team Development: Build mentor and develop a high-performing team of HR professionals. Client Delivery: Oversee the delivery of high-quality HR consulting services ensuring client satisfaction.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Thought Leadership: Position the firm as a thought leader in the HR industry through publications presentations and industry events.
Service Innovation: Continuously innovate and develop new HR services to meet evolving client needs.
Business Development and Client Relationship Management:
Client Partnership: Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with key client stakeholders
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop compelling proposals to win new clients
Client Value: Drive orientation in team to strive for client value creation anticipate client needs and being nimble and resourceful to exceed client expectations
HR Project Management:
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies
Project : Oversee the of HR projects ensuring adherence to project plans seamless communication across the board and timelines
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams fostering collaboration and effective communication
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients HR teams and subject matter experts
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks developing contingency plans as needed
Budget Management: Manage project budgets ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR solutions
Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
Requirements:
6 years of overall experience as a HR professional; min. 2 years of HR consulting experience
Proven track record of designing successful HR projects and initiatives
Strong project management skills: Demonstrated ability to deliver HR projects and initiatives effectively and in a timely manner
Ability to oversee multiple projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to lead teams and grow team members; ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Stakeholder management: Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients (internal and external) at all levels
Experience in a variety of HR functions including talent management organizational development and employee relations (desired)
