About The Role

The HUB Investment Consulting team is looking for an Analyst Investment Consulting to join our industry leading institutional investment consulting firm based in the heart of Downtown Toronto.

What Youll Do

• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly performance reports ensuring accuracy and clarity for clients.
• Conduct peer reviews and quality checks to maintain high reporting standards.
• Communicate with investment managers custodians and recordkeepers to gather data and insights.
• Support the Consulting team by providing timely analysis and value-added solutions for client needs.
• Lead and support investment manager searches and reviews including evaluating performance strategy and portfolio characteristics.
• Collaborate with internal teams on investment manager research and due diligence including participation in manager meetings and monitoring industry trends.
• Assist in investment consulting services including asset allocation modelling and support for governance-related activities.

Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success

• Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or a related field.

• Experience: 1-2years in investment analysis finance or a similar field.

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Strong collaboration skills and team-oriented mindset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word Outlook and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Relationship building skills

• Keen interest in investments and desire to deepen their

• Certifications: Completion of CFA Level 1 is a plus
