Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Mumbai Maharashtra India
Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing product team at Aerem. You will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing business requirements defining product specifications and ensuring successful product implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand business needs and objectives.
- Analyze and document business requirements clearly and concisely.
- Prioritize and validate requirements based on business impact and feasibility.
- Product Definition and Documentation:
- Work with the product team to define product vision roadmap and features.
- Develop user stories use cases and other product documentation.
- Create mockups and prototypes to visualize product functionality.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate requirements and product specifications to stakeholders developers and designers.
- Facilitate and document meetings and workshops.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and implementation.
- Conduct product demos to both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies such as Agile Waterfall and Lean Startup.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to gather and document complex requirements.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Domain-specific knowledge (Any one of the below):
- Solar PV: Experience in the solar energy industry with knowledge of photovoltaic systems design software and project management.
- Fintech: Experience in the fintech industry with knowledge of loan application processes risk management and regulatory compliance.
