Job Description

Sequence Technologies is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our growing team in Bangkok. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to work on dynamic projects in a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities communicating with stakeholders tracking project progress and ensuring timely delivery of projects. We are looking for Thai citizens for this position.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Client Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand and address client needs and expectations.
  • Coordinate with clients to define project scope timeline and deliverables.
Project Management:
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
  • Develop and manage project plans timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
  • Implement effective project management methodologies and tools.
IT Outsourcing Management:
  • Source and manage IT resources including freelancers and contractors
  • Ensure the quality and timely delivery of IT services.
  • Monitor and optimize resource utilization
Financial Management:
  • Manage timesheets and ensure accurate billing.
  • Prepare and submit invoices and bills to clients.
  • Handle procurement processes including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
  • Submit bills and cheques to the bank.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle other administrative tasks as required.
Primary Skill Sets
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
  • Strong project management skills including planning organizing and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal in English both written and spoken.
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.).
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana Trello Jira) is a plus.
