As they continue to scale they are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to expand and strengthen their reseller partnerships especially those with access to high-demand inventory.
As the business expands across Europe they are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support team development compliance and employee engagement initiatives across their Italian operations.
What You ll Own
HR Administrative Support
-> Support daily HR operations including payroll expense management and maintaining personnel records
-> Coordinate office admin such as supply ordering facility support and internal gifts/events
Onboarding and Offboarding
-> Manage all onboarding and exit processes ensuring smooth transitions
-> Handle hardware distribution and collection (e.g. laptops and equipment)
Employee Relations
-> Be the go-to person for employee concerns and HR queries
-> Monitor workplace morale and align HR support with business goals
Policy and Compliance
-> Guide managers and employees on HR policy usage and compliance
-> Stay current with Italian labour laws and ensure full adherence
-> Track trends to continually enhance HR practices
Talent Engagement & Retention
-> Drive engagement initiatives that boost productivity and morale
-> Help reduce turnover with smart culture-driven retention strategies

Performance & Organisational Effectiveness
-> Assist with performance management programmes

Requirements
What You ll Need
Bachelor s degree in HR Business Admin or related field
3 7 years in an HRBP or senior HR generalist role
Strong understanding of Italian labour law and compliance
Excellent communication skills:
-> Chinese English for Chinese nationals
-> Chinese Italian for Italian nationals
Hands-on experience in employee relations performance management and HR policy
Highly discreet with sensitive information
Detail-oriented organised and excellent at multitasking
Cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills
Experience with HRIS systems and payroll tools (a plus)
Flexible adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced scale-up environment
Strong relationship builder with influencing skills at all levels
