Job Description
Job Purpose:
To assist the Marketing Department in creating compelling visual content that supports the company s brand communication across various platforms. The apprentice will gain hands-on experience while contributing to real-time design projects and campaigns.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating visual content for digital and print media (social media websites advertisements etc.)
Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts
Support the production of branding materials including posters brochures banners promotional products packaging and merchandising items
Maintain organized project files and meet project deadlines
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree in Graphic Design from a recognized Kenyan university (Class of 2023 or 2024)
Demonstrated passion for design and creativity
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.)
A portfolio showcasing personal or academic design projects
Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn
Strong communication and teamwork skills
