As the DMS-CCS, you will:- Provide strategic leadership across ICU, Anaesthetics, Surgery, Orthopaedics, and Women s & Children s services
- Mentor and support Clinical Directors and medical teams
- Champion innovation, education, and quality care delivery
- Drive medical workforce planning, performance, and governance
- Collaborate closely with executives to deliver sustainable, patient-focused services
About You: We are seeking a respected clinical leader with:
- AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner
- Proven experience in clinical leadership and medical administration
- Passion for patient safety, medical education, and multidisciplinary care
- Postgraduate qualifications in health management or administration (FRACMA or working towards is highly desirable)
